Her work in the world of pageants and Asian arts and culture has refined her people skills and design sensibilities. Prior to joining Compass, Hailan owned a boutique 30-agent real estate firm, and she has closed over $30 million in annual transactions in each of the last three years. Landlords are particularly impressed with her work ethic and continually provide her with rental listings throughout New York City. As a successful investor, she's always focused on delivering long-term value for her clients, so it's no surprise she's earned an impressive roster of repeat and referral business.

Hailan was born and raised in Hangzhou, China, and holds six degrees, including a master's degree in communications from Peking University. She most recently graduated summa cum laude from FIT. In her free time, she enjoys visiting her Catskills home for hiking with her dog, skiing, and antique shopping.
